Meeting Call for Jan. 21st

I, Stuart Bain, acting Chairman of the Salem Republican Committee do hereby call a meeting of the Salem Republican Committee to be held at the Salem Public Library located at 28 East Main St.; Salem VA 24153 on Thursday, January 21st, 2016 at 7:00PM.

Order of Business:

1. Call the meeting to order;
2. Invocation & Pledge;
3. Chairman’s Report;
4. Approval of the Minutes;
5. Election of Chairman;
6. Consideration of a Call for a 2016 Salem Republican Committee Mass Meeting to:
   1. elect up to three candidates for Salem City Council,
   2. elect delegates to the 2016 Republican Party of Virginia Convention,
   3. elect delegates to the 2016 Ninth Congressional District Republican Convention,
   4. elect the Salem Republican Committee Chairman, and
   5. elect the Salem Republican Committee;
7. Election of new members;
8. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting; and
9. Adjourn
